I satyed in this hotel with my family (of four) for a night. They asked my passport and visa. I provided them all the details but I was hesitant to provide these details as the environment was weird and we were surrounded by couple of staff members. They returned our OCI ( overseas citizen of India)) cards and took photo copies of our British passports. Next morning we settled our account and checked out at around 8am. At around 12 noon I received a call from a mobile number asking me to provide them details of visa we held to visit India. I told the person that I had given him everything when I checked in and now after checking out , why should I provide my visa and passport details over the phone. Person started threatening me saying that he will report us to CBI as he was suspicious about us. I asked his name and just provided his first name as Parihad and refused to provide his surname I told him that I will report his threatening behavior to British embassy. He then hanged up. He called me around 3 times and threatened to report us to CBI. This incident had spoiled the whole holidays. He had no clue about OCI. He was asking me visa information. I told him that OCI card holders do not require visa. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. They are bunch of crooks. I felt unsafe for myself and my family for whole of visit to India.

Hotel is mediocre as far as the food goes.Very spicy . Rooms are OK but washroom needs to improve. It would be better to have a shaving kit and some good quality soap. Service too is a bit iffy. The charges as compared to the services provided are on a very high side. Persons coming to Ajmer may try the hotel if they want to stay near the Railway station.

It was a cmofortable stay.Food was good and homely. Dargah Sharif was close by,and they arranged for my visit too. Railway station is close by. Overall a good place to stay..There was a slight problem with geyser as it did not work.Management should check if eveything is functional.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The room service was prompt and the food was good though the choice was limited to North-Indian dishes only. However, the choice of breakfast menu was limited and bed-tea was served late only after much coaxing. As in most of the mid-range hotels I couldn’t come across any English channels in the TV; however, free wi-fi was a bonus.
